Engineering Design & Drafting Done Your Way
Lilly Engineering Solutions delivers SPPID, AutoCAD, and MicroStation design and drafting support for the oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, and manufacturing sectors. Send us your scope and we'll complete it on our own systems or, if you'd rather keep everything inside your own environment, we can work directly on your licensed workstation during its idle hours.
Two ways to work. One standard of quality.

What we do
Engineering Smarter. Delivering Better.
We are a specialised engineering services company delivering high-quality design, drafting, and digital engineering support for industrial projects. We work with organisations in oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, and manufacturing sectors, producing reliable, standards-driven SPPID and AutoCAD deliverables.
What makes us different is flexibility in how the work gets done. Some clients want a vendor who simply takes the scope and hands back finished drawings no system access required. Others have spare capacity on their own SPPID or AutoCAD license overnight and would rather we use it. We support both.

Our Delivery Model
YOU CHOOSE WHERE THE WORK HAPPENS. WE HANDLE THE REST.
Most engineering teams license SPPID and AutoCAD on a 24-hour basis but only sit at the workstation 8–10 hours a day the rest of that paid-for capacity just sits idle. We built two delivery paths around that reality: one where we do the work entirely on our own systems, and one where we put your idle license hours to use. You pick whichever fits your team's process and security policy.

How we deliver
Choose the Delivery Path That Fits Your Team
Every project starts with the same conversation: scope, drawing standards, and timeline. From there, you choose how you'd like the work executed.
STANDARD DELIVERY
We complete your scope on our own SPPID, AutoCAD, or MicroStation systems. You send drawings, markups, and standards; we send back review-ready deliverables. No access to your systems needed the simplest way to get started with us.
IDLE-HOURS DELIVERY
For clients who prefer their data never leaves their own environment: with your permission, we securely access your licensed workstation during the hours it already sits idle, and complete the work inside your own database.
Same standards. Same quality checks. Your choice of where the work happens.

What We Deliver
How It Works
From Scope to Finished
Drawing

Step 1 - Share Scope and Standards
You share your project scope, drawing standards, line list/markups, and let us know which delivery path you'd prefer. We review existing drawings and specifications before any work begins.

Step 2 - We Execute the Work
Standard Delivery: our engineers complete the work on our own licensed systems. Idle-Hours Delivery: our engineers log into your workstation once your team logs off, and complete the work inside your own environment.

Step 3 - Review, Revise, Hand Back
Every deliverable passes an internal quality check including a second-person review, in line with standard engineering-office practice before hand-back. Standard Delivery: files are sent to you via email or your document platform, with a transmittal listing drawing numbers, revisions, and status. Idle-Hours Delivery: completed drawings are simply waiting on your system the next morning. Revisions are picked up promptly in either model.

FAQ
What clients ask us most
We’re here for the follow-up questions too find us on the Contact page.
Do I need to give you access to our systems?
No. With Standard Delivery, we complete your scope entirely on our own SPPID/AutoCAD systems and send back finished files no access to your network required. Idle-Hours Delivery, where we work inside your own environment, is entirely optional and only used if you prefer it.
Which delivery model should we choose?
We work with growing companies across industries—from tech startups scaling their operations to established businesses modernizing their processes. Typically, our clients are teams of 10-200 people who've outgrown their current systems and need strategic guidance to move forward efficiently.
Is our data safe either way?
Yes. Under Standard Delivery, your data only exists on our secured systems for the duration of the project and is handed back or deleted per your instructions. Under Idle-Hours Delivery, access is limited to the agreed window on the workstation you designate, and follows your IT team's security protocol.
How do you ensure quality and accuracy in your deliverables?
Every drawing goes through a structured internal review including a second-person check before hand-back, validated against both your standards and applicable industry codes.
How do you communicate and manage timelines?
Through scheduled calls, email, and shared drawing/collaboration tools, with a single dedicated point of contact and status updates tracked against your project timeline.
How do you handle revisions and ongoing support?
Revisions and review comments are picked up promptly under either model the next business cycle for Standard Delivery, or the next idle window for Idle-Hours Delivery so support continues for the life of the project.
